Dr. Zoelle Horowitz
Zoelle graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2012 and takes a preventative, integrated approach to health, with a strong focus on long-term wellbeing and healthy ageing. She has particular interests in women’s health, gynaecology, exercise and musculoskeletal medicine, as well as mental health and the relationship between physical and emotional wellbeing. Drawing on her background in Himalayan meditation and yoga techniques, she values the role of movement, lifestyle and mind-body balance as part of good medical care.

Her practice also includes sexual health, paediatrics and minor surgical procedures, allowing her to care for patients across a broad range of concerns and life stages.
Naturally curious and continually evolving her approach to medicine, Zoelle is interested in evidence-informed advances in preventative health and longevity. She takes a holistic and individualised view of health, encouraging patients to understand their bodies and explore the factors that genuinely support their long-term wellbeing.
