Yes. Online booking is available and allows you to view available appointment times and select the doctor you would like to see.
 
 

Same-day appointments may be available, depending on the doctors’ schedules and the urgency of your medical concern. Contact reception as early as possible to check availability.

 

Standard consultations are generally scheduled for approximately 15 minutes. Tell reception when booking if you have several concerns, require a procedure or think you may need a longer appointment. A longer consultation may involve an additional fee.

Yes. You can request an appointment with a particular doctor, subject to availability. Online booking also allows patients to view available times for different practitioners.

Please bring identification, your medical-aid information where applicable, a list of current medication and any relevant medical reports, test results, referral letters or vaccination records. Parents should bring their child’s Road to Health Booklet when attending for childhood vaccinations or child-health checks.

Contact reception as early as possible if you cannot attend. This allows the appointment to be offered to another patient and helps the practice manage waiting times.
