Harald relocated to the Hout Bay Family Medical Centre in 2000, and has been practicing there with a wide and varied interest in Psychiatry, Geriatrics, Dermatology and Chronic diseases such as diabetes, as well as interventional medicine such as surgical procedures and aesthetics. He is also a SAMSA registered Medical Practitioner, and when not working, he is trying to keep fit with cycling and hiking and the occasional trail run, taking photos and attempting some gardening and DIY at home. Harald is also game for any adventure holiday, and tries to escape to the bush at least once a year.

Dr Anne Summer

General Practitioner & Family Physician Anne wanted to be a doctor from the age of 6, and has now completed 25 years in the profession since graduating from UCT. She first worked in government health services for 10 years including two and a half years in the old Ciskei, as well as a year in London and Canada. Anne completed a masters in family medicine and a diploma in child health, and has taught the medical students at UCT for 3 years. She has practised as a doctor in Hout Bay for 16 years, and considers it a privilege to contribute to peoples lives and use her God-given talents. Anne has a particular interest in teenage as well as woman issues, and also enjoys doing procedures. Anne is married and has 3 children.
